The materials used are always more precious and of better and higher tecnology: carbon, dyneema, vectran, epoxy resins for the external shells; Lexan for the moulding of the visors and components; technical anti-allergic fabrics for the internal pads. Maximum protection and safety are the first requirement of all Premier helmets. The carbon version in the Vintage version stands out. The Vintage Carbon shell is made of carbon, it's covered by transparent foil so you can see the carbon sheet and the model Carbon STAR BM and the model CARBON KEWLAR, where the carbon shell with aramidic fiber, shines out, it's adorned with a graphic and matt transparent cover. In all the other versions Vintage is in DCA, which is a tri-composite mix (dyneema, carbon and aramidic fibres). This is the same fibre mix that Premier uses on all its helmets and it comes from the long experience that this Italian company has developed through the years of study and applying these fibres into the helmets production.
