This helmet exceeds the highest safety standards and has passed, since its launch, the new ECE 22.06 test, required to go on the European market.

A system designed internally by the MT Helmets engineering team and which first arrives on the market with the Thunder 4 SV, the first helmet equipped with this technology. This system, patented by MT Helmets, allows the rider to attach/detach the visor very quickly and comfortably without having to remove the helmet.

MT Helmets has reinterpreted its designs taking into account the principles of environmental awareness. To reduce the impact on the environment, we have tried to increase the durability of the helmet with detachable elements that can be easily replaced if necessary, either because they are broken or need to be renewed.

MT Helmets' engineering team has developed a retractable visor system that offers extended protection, preventing distortion due to changes in light conditions. It has a mechanism that can be operated quickly and comfortably with just one hand. It is detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Redesigned micrometric retention system to keep it secure and secure at all times. MT Helmets' engineering department developed this system to ensure that the fastener is locked by at least two points, ensuring that the system is secured. This locking system, optimal for sport-touring models, offers the best balance between comfort and safety.

Through fluid dynamic analysis, the air channels have been designed to minimize air resistance and increase internal ventilation flow, reducing temperature and humidity inside the new Thunder 4 SV helmet.

The internal pads were specially developed for each helmet size to adapt to all head sizes optimally. The materials used for the production of these elements combine different fabrics that promote ventilation, wick away moisture and dry quickly. All internal pads can be easily removed for washing or replacement.

The base of this helmet has a three-point support system which has been developed to provide good stability when the Thunder 4 SV is placed on flat surfaces. This makes it easier to handle the helmet for cleaning or maintenance, but also allows the elements inside the helmet to be isolated from the surface, protecting them from rubbing and, above all, improving hygiene when using the helmet.
