The Arai RX-7 RC Carbon Fiber Helmet has got to be one of the most special helmets ever offered to the motorcycling community. Each outer shell consists of no less than eleven carefully applied layers. The RX-7 RC helmet technology is based on the GP-6 RC racing helmet technology, which was developed specifically for use in Formula 1. It consists of an extremely stiff and lightweight carbon fi bre outer shell. Arai engineers researched and found a superior quality carbon fiber: a blend of high-end aircraft carbon fiber with Arai's Zylon plus resin reinforcement, which proved to be the perfect blend for the outer shell of the RX- 7V RC.
