The shipping costs depend on many factors , especially in the case of shipments outside of Switzerland . Super -Bike ‘s continually striving to improve the quality of the shipping costs for customers in Switzerland for export. For this reason, the procedures and the costs of sending may be subject to change without notice.

All available shipping options and their costs of transport ( including any applicable taxes ) , you can view the cart only after entering in your account (or you have to create a new one) . Since Super -Bike be shipped all over the world , it is not possible to calculate the cost of shipping and handling without being entered in their account .

Before placing an order , check the accuracy of the destination address . In the event that it was necessary to return an item because of an error in the address , you will be charged additional shipping costs. The shipping and transportation to destinations to the rest of Europe , are determined by destination, weight of the order and the selected method. Despite the complexity of shipments outside Switzerland and taking into account that Super -Bike is committed to continually improve the level of efficiency and tariff , we can see the shipping methods at your disposal , or to calculate exactly your expenses Shipping and transport until log in to your order ( or create one ) .

Please note that the processing of orders and / or shipments during the holidays may be some slight delays.

SHIPPING IN SWITZERLAND

The cost of shipping and handling to destinations in the Swiss territory are determined by the weight of the goods ordered , as well as the shipping method selected . Duties and / or taxes may be imposed by the local government on shipments from foreign countries . These fees are separate from the cost of Super -Bike and on them we have no control . These costs ( if any) are in favor of local government.

The customer is responsible for paying all taxes, duties and / or customs fees imposed by local government. For more information, please contact the customs office in your country.

CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS

Statutory regulations require a Super -Bike to declare a precise monetary value on all shipments outside of Switzerland and attach a commercial invoice or pro-forma . Super -Bike is not able to satisfy any request for reduction of the order value stated on the customs documents .
