AXP SKID PLATE KTM 790 ADVENTURE / 890 ADVENTURE / R GEN 1

The 790 / 890 KTM adventure AXP skid plate is made of 8mm thick HDPE (high density polyethylene) plastic.

The use of the material allows us to offer maximum protection while saving weight. It does not undergo deformations and does not save impacts.

In contrast to alloy plates, plastic gives you a real feeling of silence and does not reproduce the noise that rock can bring to alloy sleds!

Our model is not mounted directly into the engine to avoid problems and uses alloy brackets at the rear plus 4 points in the front frame. Tank protection is ensured and also avoids the purchase of crash bars. A mudguard and decal kit are provided

! WARNING !

The 890 series fuel pump guard will interfere with our skid plate, we recommend using the ROTTWEILER PERFORMANCE item which is smaller and makes fitting easier.

This skid plate uses unused center stand pins for mounting, making it not compatible with after market center stands.
